Guest Ratings & Reviews
Being within a reasonable walking distance to the old town, the hotel offered impeccable and beautifully clean rooms, spacious and nicely furnished with a walk-in closet and a separate toilet area. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The location, while not in the center of the old town, provided a relaxing atmosphere at the end of the day with convenient parking. The dining experience was truly exceptional, with a large buffet selection of organic options. Highly recommended overall.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the old town with luxurious touches in the rooms. The service was really helpful, offering recommendations and a warm welcome. The dining options were of high quality, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, the location was a bit further than expected from some attractions.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room over the garden was very well equipped, offering comfy beds, a great selection of tea, and a lovely shower. The small but lovely garden added to the charm of the room, and the staff was always helpful. However, the location was not as central as I had hoped.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, though slightly smaller than expected, were clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was superb, making it easy to reach the bustling old town. However, the view over the parking lot was not ideal. The dining options were varied and delicious, adding a relaxing element to the stay.
The hotel rooms, while small, were sufficient for a couple with great beds and a clean bathroom, offering maximum comfort and convenience despite being situated in another building next to the main one. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, making for a wonderful day exploring Salzburg with very friendly staff and a range of amenities like room service, car hire, and pet amenities available. The location was lovely, accessible by foot and conveniently located to historic areas, serving as a superb base for a relaxing stay within easy walking distance of key attractions like Altstadt and the viewpoints. The dining experience was outstanding and very health-conscious, catering to even picky eaters, offering a good variety of items at a reasonable price. Overall, the facilities were good and ensured a pleasant stay.
I stayed at a lovely hotel with fantastic staff. The rooms were spacious and overlooked the quiet courtyard garden, featuring thoughtful, individual design and all modern amenities that worked perfectly for our family of three. The service was excellent, from reception to the breakfast table, and they even organized a delightful Xmas Eve drinks event with small presents. The location, slightly outside the center but within easy walking distance, was nice, quiet, and very pretty. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of selections catering to all tastes. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
